The hosting provider may process ordinary technical connection data needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, request time and requested page.

Amazon links open that service in a new tab. Amazon handles visits and purchases under its own privacy terms. Links may include campaign parameters identifying the Same Words website as the source of the visit. Same Words does not receive payment-card details.

Your evening plan stays in your browser

The evening planner stores your chosen steps, wording, note and today’s checkmarks in local browser storage. The tool does not send these entries to a server and has no account or cross-device sync. Your first edit saves the plan if storage is available. A warning appears if it is not.

Anyone using the same browser profile can open the saved plan. Please leave out names, addresses and sensitive information. “Delete saved plan & start again” removes this tool’s saved data; clearing browser data also removes it. Printed or downloaded copies remain wherever you keep them. Normal hosting requests for the webpage are separate from your private plan entries.

Optional planner analytics — your choice

Google Analytics 4 is used only in this site's free planner, and only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Before that choice, or if you decline, we do not load Google Analytics or send it analytics requests. The planner works without analytics. We do not add advertising tracking, Google Signals, remarketing, User-ID or session recording. Automatic measurement of forms, searches, outbound links, scrolling and downloads is disabled.

With permission we count planner visits and whether someone edits a plan, checks a step, clicks “Print / Save PDF” or clicks “Save a text copy”. Each kind of action is counted at most once per page opening. A print or copy click does not prove that printing or saving completed. We do not send the contents of steps, selected phrases, personal wording, notes or observation history. Only our predefined campaign labels may be included; other URL parameters and referrer addresses are not sent by our integration.

Google may process cookie identifiers, device/browser information, interaction times and approximate location derived from the network connection. This is pseudonymous measurement, not completely anonymous data. Google processes data on its infrastructure, which may be outside your country. Read Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from partner sites.

Our analytics cookies use the swp_ga prefix and expire after at most 90 days. The consent choice is saved in this browser for 180 days, separately on Parents and Dogs. User-level and event-level retention in GA4 is set to 2 months, without resetting it on new activity; aggregated reports can remain longer.

You can decline or withdraw at any time through “Change / withdraw analytics consent” in the planner. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes this integration's analytics cookies from this browser; it does not erase data already received by Google. Clearing site data also resets the choice and may delete your locally saved plan. If a browser blocks storage, the choice applies only to the current page.

Normal hosting and security connection logs are separate from this optional analytics choice. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics is not used alongside GA4 in this setup. No payment details are collected by the planners.
